📊 PDF to Excel

Extract text and table data from your PDF and download it as a CSV file that opens directly in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. No upload — 100% browser-based.

ℹ️ How it works: PDF.js reads the text positions from your PDF and groups them into rows and columns — similar to how Excel would detect a table. Works best for PDFs that have actual table-like data. The result is a CSV file you can open in Excel or Google Sheets.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between Table Mode and Text Mode?+
Table Mode groups text by their horizontal position to detect columns — best for PDFs with clearly separated columns of data. Text Mode simply outputs each line of text as a separate row — best for extracting all text content from any PDF.
Will tables look exactly the same in Excel?+
Results depend on how the PDF was created. PDFs with clear column alignment work best. Merged cells, nested tables, or tables created from images cannot be detected.
Are my files sent to a server?+
No. All processing happens entirely in your browser. Your file is never uploaded anywhere.
